Milford Flooring staff understands that sometimes you just want to do things yourself (because sometimes we do, too). You might want to save some money, or feel the satisfaction of being hands-on—the reason doesn’t really matter. We get it, and we’re here for you, no matter what.
Stop by early and stay in touch
When you’re getting ready to take on your next floor or surface project, definitely stop by Milford Flooring early in the planning process to check in with us. Ask about how we can help you stay on top of your project and avoid getting bogged down. Fixing you up with the finest quality materials and supplies is our first job, but we want you to be delighted with the finished work, so we offer knowledge-based support and/or technical guidance (as requested) to help you get the job done exactly right.
Go at your own pace
When you’re ready, step one is visiting the showroom and working with our consultants to help you make the perfect material choices. It’s very important to touch and view the entire variety of options available to you, and to consider all the possibilities—much of this is stuff you won’t find in big-box stores. We will be happy to explain the different products, including what works best where, relative pricing and handling/installation requirements. Then you can take home samples to see what will work best in your environment. Take your time and remember we’re here to help you — offering personal- ized service throughout the process.
The right stuff
When it’s time to order materials, check in with our support staff about proper supplies and tools. They’ll know what you need to get fully equipped for the work ahead. Then contact us with questions as you proceed through prep and installation phases. We can suggest techniques and tips that will make the work easier and the results better.
