For example, secondary homeowners may ask us to coodinate measuring and installation with their property manager, yet ship samples directly to their primary home. This kind of remote business activity is standard operating procedure at Milford Flooring.

We’re happy to install an individual tile shower or kitchen backsplash, extend wood flooring into an addition, or simply replace carpet. Milford Flooring can help determine the right type of flooring, give you a wide variety of style and color choices, and have our experienced specialists install it.

Free in-home measurement

It’s easy to have a Milford Flooring rep visit your home to take measurements and provide you with an estimate, a scope of work, and arrange the order. By carefully reviewing existing floors, subfloors, traffic and room sizes, we gain a greater understanding of the project, and learn what’s needed to provide you with a complete and accurate quote, and prepare for a successful installation with no surprises.

Do-it-yourself installation support

Many customers already have a contractor or installer, or they’re skilled and experienced enough to install flooring themselves. Milford Flooring is the go-to DIY support center in the Valley. We will help you and/or your contractor acquire the right flooring materials and supplies your project.

Design service house calls

Some customers require in-depth assistance when making their surface selections — we are happy to go to a customer’s home to look at any potential floor or surface project, and eager to provide suggestions about flooring types, styles, layouts and colors. We will also order samples so that you can coordinate your selections with the design and decor of your project.

Follow up

Once installation is complete, we’ll follow up to make sure you are happy with the final results. We try to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with care instructions. All of our installations are warranteed, meaning that if you have any concerns or issues with your installation, we will work with the installers to address them for you.

Our installers have worked for [Art-Lee Floor covering and] Milford Flooring for many years. While each installer has substantial flooring trade experience and skills, many have decided to specialize in a specific type of flooring, thus ensuring that they are masters of that particular craft.

Milford Flooring sales and estimating staff works very closely with our installers on every project. Direct communication at this stage is the secret to error-free installations. The customer’s wishes are conveyed in detail to the installers. And if the installers discover any issues during their work, they immediately share this information and any potential solutions with our sales staff and the customer to make sure the problem is resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
